By booking with J & J JUMPING CASTLES , the customers agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Deposit

A deposit is  required to confirm and reserve your booking.Deposits are none-refundable after 24 hours from  the time of payment.

Weather conditions

Delivery and setup may be affected by weather conditions for safety reasons. In case of heavy rain, strong wings, or unsafe weather, we may reschedule or cancel the rental.

Rental Responsability 

The customer is responsible for the rental equipment while it is on their property and agrees to use it in safe and proper manner.

Access and setup 

The customer is responsible for the rental equipment while it is on their property and agrees to use it in a safe and proper manner.

Pickup

Pickup items may vary depending on schedule , weather, and event conditions.

Agreement

By making a payment or confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
